تاريخ الأكاديمية 

أكاديمية الشروق هى أكاديمية خاصة مصرية و لقد أنشئت عام 1995 ميلاديا و تحتوى على ثلاث معاهد  

                               المعهد العالى للهندسة

أنشئ المعهد العالى للهندسة عام 1995 بالقرار الوزارى الصادر من وزارة التعليم العالى رقم 1712 بتاريخ 22/11/1995، وقد كان مقر المعهد وقتئذٍ (مدينة العاشر من رمضان ) وكانت عدد برامج المعهد خمسة برامج أكاديمية ( هندسة الاتصالات – الهندسة الطبية – الهندسة الكيميائية – هندسة القوى والآلات الكهربية – الهندسة المعمارية ).

انتقل المعهد العالى للهندسة إلى مقره الجديد بضاحية النخيل بمدينة الشروق مع بداية الفصل الثانى للعام الدراسى 1999/2000 بعد موافقة وزارة التعليم العالى على النقل بالقرار الوزارى رقم 712 بتاريخ 31/5/2000 .

قامت إدارة المعهد بإنشاء قسم الهندسة المدنية بالقرار الوزارى رقم 1437 بتاريخ 10/9/2000 وقد بدأت الدراسة به اعتبارا من العام الدراسى 2000/2001 ليصبح عدد الأقسام العلمية بالمعهد عدد (6) أقسام بالإضافة الى قسم الرياضيات والفيزياء الهندسية

قامت إدارة المعهد بتطوير اللائحة الدراسية للبرنامج المختلفة وإشتمل برنامج الهندسة الكيميائية شعبة جديدة لهندسة تصنيع البترول "البرتوكيماويات"وإعتمدت اللائحة بالقرار الوزارى ( 2381 ) بتاريخ 4 / 7 / 2019 وقد بدأ العمل بها فى العام الجامعى 2019/2020

   المعهد العالي للحاسبات و تكنولجيا المعومات

قرار الإنشاء 9 يونيو 2001 حيث ينقسم إلى الأقسام التالية :

  • قسم علوم الحاسب
  • قسم نظم معلومات إدارية
  • قسم محاسبة

جميع الأقسام معتمدة من قبل وزارة التعليم العالى المصرية ومعادلة من قبل المجلس الأعلى للجامعات المصرية (مما يتيح منح نفس الحقوق والواجبات التي تمنحها الجامعات الحكومية المصرية كالتسجيل فى النقابات والتسجيل فى الدراسات العليا). مدة الدراسة 4 سنوات دراسية بجميع الأقسام للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس. التسجيل فى القسم فى الفرقة الأولى.

قسم علوم الحاسب الدراسة به باللغة الإنجليزية ، وقسم نظم معلومات إدارية الدراسة به باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية ، وقسم محاسبة الدراسة به باللغة العربية

       International Higher Institute of Media

The International Higher Institute for Media was established by Ministerial Resolution No. 1216 dated 6/9/2009 and includes the following departments: 

  • News production department
  • Media production department 
  • Media Marketing Department

The regulations were amended by Ministerial Resolution No. 966 dated 3/19/2018 and now include the following three sections: 

  • Journalism Department 
  • Radio and Television Department 
  • Public Relations and Advertising Department ​

All departments are accredited by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education

Equivalency by the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities (which allows granting the same rights and duties granted by Egyptian public universities, such as registration in unions and registration in postgraduate studies). 

The duration of study is 4 academic years in all departments to obtain a bachelor’s degree.

Registration in the department in the third year. All sections are taught in Arabic.  ​

Tony Fred, Faculty Head of IT

Tony received a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and a Ph D. degree in 1998 and 2004. After a post-doctoral experience he joined the school as professor of mechatronics in 2006. In 2010, he became Head of IT.

Mich Stark, IT Officer

He is professor in the Institute of Mechanics, Materials and Civil Engineering since 2000. He lectures in mechanical drawing and mechanical design for undergraduate and graduate students. He is active in Problem and Project based learning. He is the promoter of 8 doctoral theses.

Aline Turner, Law professor

She has been practicing law at the French-speaking Brussels Bar since 2006. She has worked in various major law firms based in Brussels, as member and then head of their litigation/arbitration practice groups.

Iris Joe, team leader professor

Iris, with her international experience, helps us easily understand the numbers and improves them. She is determined to drive success and delivers her professional acumen to bring the company to the next level.
