Dr. Khaled Al-Minshawy, a teacher at the Higher Institute of Computers and Information Technology at Shorouk Academy, said that this year he is supervising 4 graduation projects that represent an advanced vision on the part of the Academy to contribute to solving the life problems of citizens.
Vehicle tracking
The first project within the projects of the Higher Institute of Engineering is a project that tracks the driver of the vehicle while traveling, specifically on the desert road. The project is an integrated system “hardware-software.” It includes equipment and software as well, and a camera is attached to it that follows the driver and monitors his actions, and an alert is sent to The phone number of one of the people registered in the project. He also records all his actions and compiles a report on them at the end of the trip. This is very important, especially in road accidents.
health care
Al-Minshawy also revealed in his statements to the “Shorouk Net” website the details of his second project, which is affiliated with the Administrative Systems and Information Division at Al-Aali Computer School, which is a health care project for the elderly and people with disabilities, where it provides health care services represented in “home nursing, making ambulances available, and making all medical supplies available.” The project also has a camera that works with artificial intelligence. This camera is directed at the patient and monitors his sudden movements to alert the nursing resident with him. The project’s system - the system - takes these movements and turns them through artificial intelligence into an alarm or alert through a message on the mobile phone.
psychological diseases
Al-Minshawi pointed out that the third project bears the name “Psychological Project.” There are people who suffer from psychological illnesses but refuse to go to psychiatrists. This project requires a computer “software” and a program based on artificial intelligence, and the project begins to treat it as if it were a human being. If the patient feels distress or any Another feeling is that as soon as the camera linked to the project, which operates with artificial intelligence, monitors him, it diagnoses him and knows the feeling he is feeling, then begins asking him a number of questions so that his tension decreases, and sometimes it shows him a number of videos or a set of advice according to the situation he is in.
Public garages
As for the fourth project supervised by Dr. Khaled Al-Minshawy, it is a project to reserve places in public garages. It clarifies the empty spaces in the garage, their cost, and the period of time the car spent in it. This project is also based on artificial intelligence.
